The innovative 9-Tech process

We have designed our process to achieve the highest performance in PV panel recycling by implementing a multidisciplinary approach:

  • Disassembly
  • Mechanical treatment
  • Ultrasound treatment

Pilot plant

Our pilot plant demonstrated a recovery yield of 87 percent, with high purity of raw materials and low energy consumption compared to currently existing treatments.

The industrial plant

A first industrial plant is currently under construction in Porto Marghera (VE).

The plant has a treatment capacity of 4,000 tons/year of photovoltaic panels, and represents a major step forward for recycling technology and economic sustainability of raw material recovery processes from WEEE.
